Nikki sets an example for what it takes to continually take your craft to the next level – FOCUS. Nikki believes focusing on choices equals underlying success. As Director of Education for Modern Salon & Spa Salon, Nikki created an evolving education program to support the growth of stylists both professionally and personally. When Nikki started in the industry in 1998, she knew right away she had found her niche. She has set an inspiring path in place for others to follow her example – FOCUS does lead to success.
Sean’s passion for education comes from his desire to challenge and inspire others. Sean is always pushing himself to grow through his own advanced training and education. Since starting his career in 2006, Sean has had the opportunity to train with some of the industry’s top stylists and education companies. Including: Aveda, Arrojo, Gerard Scarpaci, Ricardo Dinis, and with Jon Reyman and his team for New York fashion week. Sean’s training through Aveda earned him the title of Haircutting Purefessional. Sean is excited to be a part of Hafezi Collective team and look’s forward to sharing his knowledge with other industry professionals.
Jessica has been an Esthetician since 2007 after completing the Aveda Institute’s Esthiology training program. “I went into this field with the intention of giving to people what they need for health and wellness, not just for the skin but the body and mind as a whole.” Since then she has been growing upon this mission through education and experience. With training from top industry professional such as Aveda, Chanel, Waxing Queen Lori Nestore, and The Broadmoor Resort. “I believe education is an outlet, not just for furthering ones knowledge but to fully immerse yourself in your passion, inspiration and excitement for what you intend to give to the world. This passion for giving is why I started educating.”
Mae has been a stylist for ten years and has trained with Carolina Beauty College, Modern Salon & Spa and Organic Pure Care in Italy. She specializes in balayage, color, cutting and styling. Mae loves that she is able to meet and connect with others while sharing her passion for beauty and helping people look and feel beautiful. Mae believes in the importance of continued education in the beauty industry. She is excited to be an educator because she loves learning about new techniques, trends, products and ideas from other mentors and educators and then sharing with others.
